Hi! We are Daniela and Carlos, the owners of this amazing project that is Malbec & More.

We were born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Carlos began his love affair with the culinary world during his childhood, when he remembers helping his grandmother with Sunday Pasta. That love trascended into adulthood and it is still going strong!

Daniela didn't quite hear the kitchen's call, but is always more than happy to be the test subject of any and all of her husband's creations. Her entrepreneurial background came from her family business, and the combination of both of their skills is what allowed Malbec & More to be born.

Malbec & More is the culmination of a lifelong dream for Daniela & Carlos, and one they are more than happy to share with as many people as possible; to bring forward an amazing pairing of good food, good wine and very enjoyable times.
